About the service
MindSpire Lab is operated by Mindspire Lab FZE, a company in the United Arab Emirates. We provide live online group tutoring and one on one tutoring for AP Chemistry and Honors Chemistry, along with practice tools and study resources.
Classes and schedule
Classes are held on Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. Honors Chemistry meets at 7 PM EST and AP Chemistry meets at 8 PM EST. One on one sessions are scheduled with Faridah at a time that works for both sides. We may adjust the schedule and will tell enrolled families in advance where we can. Every class is recorded for enrolled students.
Payments and refunds
The group program is billed monthly, and one on one sessions are charged at the hourly rate, at the prices shown on our pricing page. There is no long term contract. One on one sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours before they start for a refund, and later cancellations are not refunded. Other refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
No guarantee of results
We work hard to help every student improve, but we cannot guarantee a particular grade or exam score. Results depend on many things, including the student’s effort and practice. Statistics on our site describe the experience of past students and are not a promise.
Student conduct
We ask students to be respectful in class and to do their own work on assignments and tests. We may remove a student from a class if their behavior disrupts others, and we will speak with the family first where possible.
Our materials
Lessons, recordings, worksheets and questions are provided for the personal use of enrolled students. Please do not copy, resell or share them publicly without our written permission.
Limits of liability
We provide the service with care, but to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited.
