Who we are
MindSpire Lab is operated by Mindspire Lab FZE, a company in the United Arab Emirates. This policy covers the MindSpire Lab website at mindspirelab.com and the related tutoring and practice tools.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you message us on WhatsApp, send an email, or use a form, we receive what you share, such as a name, contact details, grade level and course.
- Student accounts. If a student uses our classroom or practice platform, we store the account details and the work they submit, such as answers, notes and test results, so that we can give feedback and track progress.
- Basic visit data. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they view. It is designed to measure traffic without tracking individuals across other websites.
How we use it
- To run classes, give feedback and support students.
- To reply to your messages and share class details.
- To improve the website and our teaching materials.
We do not sell your personal information.
Class recordings
Live classes are recorded so that enrolled students can catch up. Recordings are shared with the students in that program.
Services we rely on
To run the program we use trusted services, including Cloudflare for hosting and analytics, WhatsApp for messaging, and YouTube for videos shown on some pages. These services have their own privacy policies.
Students under 18
Many of our students are under 18. We ask that a parent or guardian is involved in enrolling a student. If you believe a child has shared information without a parent’s knowledge, email us and we will review and remove it where appropriate.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Please email us and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
